Day 1: Arrival & Welcome

Airport pickup, transfer to Lake Atitlan. Welcome gathering at your lakefront villa with a briefing on the culinary adventures ahead.

Day 2: Market & Cooking Class

Morning boat to San Juan La Laguna market. Shop for fresh ingredients with your guide. Afternoon cooking class preparing pepian, tamales, and rellenitos.

Day 3: Coffee & Cacao

Visit an organic coffee farm, learn the bean-to-cup process, and taste single-origin brews. Afternoon cacao-to-chocolate workshop making traditional drinking chocolate.
